Contact Information
Our names are Herman and Margreth and we are the proud owners of El Sigiloso, your Andalucian Holiday Home. We are originally from Holland and relocated to Spain with our 3 young children several years ago. We actually live on the same 2.5 hectare area of land just a couple of hundred metres away from your holiday home, so we are always nearby for practical help, to answer any of your questions or just for a cup of coffee and some company.
We moved here in 2003 and began to construct each holiday home, the swimming pool and then our home. We speak Spanish, English, German, French and of course Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of the area, and we are always on hand for some practical help and advice.

Prices
The prices below are general prices for each holiday home. Once you let us know when you want to stay, for how long and how many people we will then send through the exact price.
Special rates are available for short breaks and long term rentals.
The prices are per week and include the use of water, electricity, bedding and kitchen towels.

There is also a €25 charge to cover the cost of cleaning the home.
A security deposit of €100 must be paid on arrival.
Towels/bath towels, shopping/purchases before arrival, babysitting are all available on request. |
